Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, select and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit and debit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Delta, Electron, Switch and Solo. If you do not wish to enter your card details into our secure form on this shop, you may send the information via phone, fax, or post.

Please note that due to previous fraudulent transactions we reserve the right not to accept orders from certain countries.

Back Orders

If the product you require is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order or choose an alternative product of equivalent value if you would rather not wait. If for any reason your Circuit Guide order is delayed we will happily send you specific circuit information by fax as a temporary measure.

Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 we must deliver your order within 30 days of receipt of the order or issue a complete refund. If for any reason we are unable to deliver within this period we cannot accept liability for any expense incurred by you due to non-performance of the contract.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included where applicable. Please note that Circuit Guide publications are zero-rated for VAT.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed, using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our office order system. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
